Our TD active Yoga Holidays are the perfect escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. Enjoy a relaxing holiday, where you will spend your mornings and evenings enjoying a range of yoga classes led by a qualified yoga teacher from MOONSyoga Loft, while you will have your afternoons free to enjoy local life in your chosen destination.
Our vinyasa/hatha yoga practice throughout this holiday will be varied and themed per day to keep it interesting. All yoga sessions will focus on slow mindful movement with stronger holds. Variations will be offered to intensify or soften each of the poses. The yoga sessions will be open level, rather than advanced or beginners classes. Beginners are most welcome and will be offered rest whenever they wish in the sessions, however it is advised that you have attended at least a term of yoga classes prior to joining a TD active Yoga Holiday.
Our Yoga holidays are suitable for couples, groups of friends or those travelling alone. If you are a yogi that choses to travel solo you will have a choice of a private single room or our solo twin share rooms on most holidays.
