You will have the afternoon to spend at your own pace. There are plenty of outdoor activities to choose, including swimming at your hotel pool, biking or walking in the Dolomite Mountains.

Day 2 - Yoga & Afternoons at leisure

Icon
Morning

Yoga Session

A heat building Vinyasa class, moving with the breath. Starting softly, you will work up into a series of salutations, each including a standing pose or a series of standing poses, eventually coming back down onto the ground for well established Shavasana relaxation.

Icon
Afternoon

At Leisure

Enjoy a free afternoon, to relax at your hotel and explore your surroundings.

Icon
Evening

Yoga Session

More like a workshop than a ‘general’ yoga class, the evening session will begin with a warm up like the morning class, but will focus on a particular section of the body and move more deeply into that specific theme. For example, the first evening might focus on hips and hip openers working towards a climax posture such as splits, pigeon or reclined virasana and another evening workshop might be based on shoulders and arms, working up towards handstands or pincha mayurasana. As with the morning class, cool down postures and a time to release, relax and revive the body will follow.

Day 3 – Yoga & Lake Garda by boat excursion

Afterwards, with fantastic panoramas and a spectacular mountain backdrop, travel onwards for a visit to picturesque Malcesine, famed for its medieval Scaligero Castle.  Please note that this schedule is weather-dependent.
